PAYMENTS:

If you have recently moved or are a student living away from home, your credit card billing address is most likely your home address. Please go back and change your billing address if necessary. Please make sure you include any Apartment Number or Suite Number for your "Ship To" address.

SHIPPING:

We ship thru UPS & USPS. UPS is Ground, and Next Day service. USPS ships Parcel Post & Priority. Most orders ship in 1-2 business days, from when payment is received.
Disclaimer: Shipping prices qouted are based on normal packaging size, if a order is larger then normal, additional postage may be reguired.

UPS shipping:

(UPS Ground Service usually delivers within 3 to 5 business days of shipping.)

• Insurance is included up to $100.
• Tracking number will be E-Mailed to you.

USPS Shipping:

(USPS Parcel Post Service usually delivers within 2 to 7 business days of shipping.)
(USPS Priority Service usually delivers within 1 to 3 business days of shipping.)

• Insurance is available, you must select it for it to be insured.
• Delivery Confirmation number will be E-Mailed to you, this also allows you to track your items movement.

Returns:

If you have any problems, or get a item damaged during shipping. Please contact us immediately, so we can get it taken care of. Return of products requires a RA (Return Authorization). Please Email us for a RA. We will not pay the shipping of undamaged returned merchandise. However will gladly refund your purchase if you are not happy.
